Sample review
Record the sample reference, intended use and acceptance criteria so everyone reviews the same configuration.
Check usable dimensions as well as overall size. Trial the tray with the intended items, the holder with the actual napkins and the bowl with the agreed contents or capacity measure.
Review base contact, grip comfort, rims and lid movement on the intended surface. For a carrying piece, define the proposed load and handling check before comparing samples.
Identify which surfaces touch food and where decoration is requested. Review the actual materials and finishes across the collection, with care instructions suited to each item.
Assess spacers, wrapping and inserts for the final finish. If items are to nest or ship together, confirm that arrangement with a packed sample and check contact points between pieces.
Customisation & ordering
As an illustrative café-table concept, a tray, napkin holder and sugar bowl could share a finish reference while keeping separate capacities and quantities. A retail gift range may need individual presentation boxes; a hospitality enquiry may prioritise handling, storage and replenishment. State your intended arrangement rather than assuming one pack suits both.
Low MOQ from 100 units. Ask which minimum applies to each product, finish, decoration and packaging combination. A mixed range does not automatically share one minimum; sample costs, pricing and production timing are confirmed in the quotation.
Choose a customisation routeBuyer questions
Request a common finish reference and artwork style, then review a sample of every item. Different shapes and constructions may need different finishing or packing approaches. Confirm the agreed appearance and pack specification separately for each piece. Explore packaging and branding.
Retail briefs often need clear shelf presentation, product information and individual protection. Hospitality buyers should also define the setting, handling, storage and replenishment needs. State the actual channel so the quotation covers the appropriate pack and sample checks.
Include every required component in the enquiry and confirm it on the quotation. A sugar-bowl lid, spoon or tray companion should not be assumed from a category image. Approve the complete contents list with the packaged sample.
