Made in our Yangjiang factory
Branding applied in the factory, packed to your brief.
Logo cut-outs are programmed on the laser, moulded logo and colour details are set in the mould, and your pack-out and carton marks are agreed in the brief before production starts.
-

Laser cutting
Blanks cut straight from the drawing.
Sheet is lifted onto the bed of an HSG laser cutting machine, which profiles flat blanks from the drawing.
-

Moulding
Handles and plastic parts moulded in-house.
Haitian injection moulding machines, with robotic take-out on the larger cells, produce handles, grips and plastic components.

Staging & dispatch

Define the pack-out before the artwork
List every product, accessory, sheath, insert and information sheet. Agree their position and protection, then fit the artwork to the actual dieline. Check opening, re-packing and handling with a sample rather than relying only on a flat design.
Keep product and packaging claims aligned
Materials, quantities, dimensions and care instructions printed on the pack should match the approved product. Supply the intended market and any buyer-required label fields early. Avoid claims about recyclability, certification or performance unless the supporting scope is clear.
Review the distribution journey
A retail shelf pack and a direct-to-consumer parcel face different handling. Discuss outer-carton arrangement, movement inside the pack, abrasion and sharp-edge protection. Where transit testing is required, specify the pack-out and test scope before booking it.
Quantity and timing
Low MOQ starts from 100 units. Tell us the quantity per product and configuration, including any custom finish, tooling or packaging. Sample and production timing are quoted against the agreed scope and approval sequence.
For a deadline-driven launch, include your required arrival date and destination. Allow time for samples, artwork decisions and any necessary product or packaging testing.
Buyer questions
Can the box carry our branding?
Yes. Send the artwork and preferred packaging format. We will discuss the product fit and quotation requirements.
Does a presentation sample confirm shipping performance?
No. Appearance approval and distribution testing answer different questions. Agree the required protection and test scope for the actual delivery channel.
