Cheese Graters · Wholesale & private label

Cheese graters for wholesale kitchenware ranges.

Choose a grater around the result your customer needs: the intended cheese, cutting pattern and working position. KOVA Tough helps buyers turn those requirements into a sample, branding and packaging brief for a kitchenware range.

At a glance

Start with the cutting task.

The image is a starting reference, not confirmation of a supplied format, cutting pattern or model specification.

Range selection

Specify the result before choosing the design.

Define coarse, fine or slicing requirements as requested outcomes, then ask which current sample meets them. Review the two catalogue directions against confirmed specifications; do not assume a product name or image establishes the cutting format available for order.

Sample review

What to check before approval.

Record the sample reference, intended use and acceptance criteria so everyone reviews the same configuration.

01

Cutting surface

Inspect the actual cutting geometry and usable area. Compare sample output under consistent conditions and record the food used. Avoid choosing a cutting pattern solely from its appearance in an illustration.

02

Grip and stability

Review handle shape and the points that support the grater during its intended use. Note movement, clearance for the hand and how the product is held as the food becomes smaller.

03

Edges and cleaning

Check the perimeter, joints and access behind the cutting surface. Confirm materials and any coating before agreeing care instructions or making a corrosion-resistance claim on the pack.

04

Protective presentation

Assess the packaged sample as well as the bare tool. Record which surfaces need protection, how the grater is retained and whether a sleeve or guard is part of the sellable item.

Customisation & ordering

Connect the grater to your wider prep range.

For a proposed cheese-preparation or pizza-accessory range, brief the grater with the intended companion products and a shared packaging theme. Quote each item separately and identify any bundle. Logo placement, finish and cutting format all need to be reviewed against the selected construction before artwork is approved.

Low MOQ from 100 units. Ask which minimum applies to each product, finish, decoration and packaging combination. A mixed range does not automatically share one minimum; sample costs, pricing and production timing are confirmed in the quotation.

Buyer questions

Before you enquire.

How do the two listed grater designs differ?

Ask for the current model references, cutting patterns, measurements and component specifications for each. The catalogue presents two directions, but a confirmed comparison is needed before treating them as distinct products or assigning different performance claims.

Can I choose a coarse or fine cutting pattern?

State the required output in your brief and ask which samples or development options can meet it. Confirm the actual cutting surface and trial result before ordering; the requested pattern is not a guaranteed option for every design.

Should a wholesale grater quotation include a protective sleeve?

If your retail, storage or delivery plan requires a sleeve, guard or insert, specify it as a quoted component. Review the fit and removal method on the packaged sample and confirm whether it is reusable or transit packaging. Review kitchenware packaging.
