Kitchen Utensils · Wholesale & private label

Wholesale cooking utensils and kitchen tools for branded ranges.

Cooking utensils include turners, ladles and skimmers, each with a different lifting, stirring or serving role. Build a cooking-tool assortment around distinct tasks, from turning and draining to serving and steaming. Compare the KOVA Tough utensil directions, then define the dimensions, handling and presentation needed for your brand, retail or hospitality programme.

At a glance

Give every piece a clear job.

These are individual range directions; the rack is a separate accessory and no fixed five-piece set is implied.

Range selection

Choose the task, then set the dimensions.

A coordinated finish can connect a range visually, but each tool still needs its own specification. Keep the steamer rack on a separate line: its fit depends on the intended cookware rather than a shared handle design.

Sample review

What to check before approval.

Record the sample reference, intended use and acceptance criteria so everyone reviews the same configuration.

01

Head and handle geometry

Measure each tool separately and review reach, balance and the join between head and handle. A shared overall length will not produce the same handling across a turner, skimmer and ladle.

02

Cookware contact

Identify the cookware and surfaces the tools are intended to touch. Request the actual component materials, edge finish and use guidance before describing any tool as suitable for a particular coating.

03

Capacity and fit

Agree how ladle capacity is measured. For the steamer rack, supply pot dimensions and check the support height, clearance and stability in the intended setup rather than by nominal diameter alone.

04

Storage and pack layout

Review hanging or drawer storage needs and the space each head occupies. For a proposed set, check the complete pack so the tools remain separated and can be removed without snagging.

Customisation & ordering

Coordinate the assortment without losing the detail.

Specify a shared handle or finish reference where you want a consistent range, then ask which designs can support it. Keep quantities and acceptance criteria separate for each tool. If the steamer rack is offered as an add-on, distinguish it from the hand-tool set in both the quotation and customer-facing pack contents.

Low MOQ from 100 units. Ask which minimum applies to each product, finish, decoration and packaging combination. A mixed range does not automatically share one minimum; sample costs, pricing and production timing are confirmed in the quotation.

Buyer questions

Before you enquire.

Which measurements are needed for a coordinated utensil set?

List overall and handle lengths, each head width and depth, and the ladle capacity with a measurement method. For a rack, add pot internal dimensions and required support height. Include storage or pack dimensions if the range must fit an existing display.

Can the turners, skimmer and ladle share a handle design?

You can request a common handle reference. The team needs to review the connection, balance and construction of each tool before confirming which combinations are feasible. Review all proposed pieces together at sampling. Explore custom kitchenware routes.

Are these utensils suitable for non-stick cookware?

Suitability depends on the exact contact material, edge treatment and intended use. State your cookware requirement and request product-specific confirmation and care guidance. The category name or steel appearance does not establish compatibility. Prepare food-contact questions.
