Range selection
A shaker brief is about assembled fit and use. A gift assortment adds contents, artwork and pack protection, and each included item needs its own measurements and acceptance criteria.

Sample review
Record the sample reference, intended use and acceptance criteria so everyone reviews the same configuration.
Review the assembled sample, including any cap, lid or strainer specified in the quote. Define a filling, closure and pouring trial and record the result before approving the configuration.
Fill the sample to its usable volume, close it and pour with the intended strainer arrangement. Record leaks, closure effort and pour control against the brief.
Specify the logo position and finish reference for each item. Identify drink-contact surfaces on the shaker and request matching material and care information for the actual construction.
Check how components are separated and held in place. A coordinated visual theme does not mean several items can share one insert or carton without a packaging review.
Customisation & ordering
For a proposed entertaining collection, request the shaker and any additional items as separately quoted products with a shared finish reference. Identify whether each is sold alone or in a defined gift assortment. Hospitality accessories have a different use brief: the ashtray listing is a separate non-food accessory, not a drink-preparation component.
Low MOQ from 100 units. Ask which minimum applies to each product, finish, decoration and packaging combination. A mixed range does not automatically share one minimum; sample costs, pricing and production timing are confirmed in the quotation.
Choose a customisation routeBuyer questions
Include the selected item, dimensions or volume, component list, quantity, finish, logo and packaging requirements. Each item in a proposed set needs its own specification even if they share one artwork theme. Prepare a kitchenware RFQ.
Describe the exact proposed contents and ask the team to confirm the product and packaging options. Identify any extra tools or accessories individually. Only the components listed in the agreed quotation and sample form the set.
